This is our plan. Over eight sessions, we’ll dive into deep hypnosis to break down your attachment to eating, find ways to manage your stress other than emotional bingeing, discuss sensible food choices, motivate you to exercise, and ensure long-lasting change and effective weight management.

  • Session 1

    In the first session, we establish your goals and look at your issues with weight.

  • Session 2

    Here, we begin to look at your motivations for overeating.

  • Session 3

    We begin to use hypnosis to manage your emotions related to food.

  • Session 4

    Working together, we begin to break down your attachment to eating and use other ways to manage stress.

The women used to push the cake plate with the people.  Do not eat desserts for weight loss.
  • Session 5

    After a four-pound loss, we will discuss making sensible eating choices.

  • Session 6

    Using hypnotherapy, you will learn to build a good relationship with food.

  • Session 7

    Losing weight isn’t just the result of better eating, so we use tools to motivate you to exercise.

  • Session 8

    Our final part of the programme will see you dive into deeper hypnosis to ensure long-lasting change and effective weight management.
